How to Nominate

To nominate a candidate you only need to submit one nomination form. Use any of the following methods to nominate:

Nominate ONLINE: The online form offers the facility to enter the relevant information at your own pace by saving your form and returning to the web site as needed to complete it.

POST, FAX or E-MAIL your nomination:
Go to any Shoprite or Checkers store to get the printed nomination form, OR
download the form in Adobe Acrobat:

Complete the form and

post it to Shoprite Checkers Women of the Year Award, P.O. Box 1159, Brackenfell, Cape Town, 7561.; OR
fax it to (021) 983 5222; OR
e-mail it to womenoftheyear@shoprite.co.za

PLEASE NOTE: To assist the judges in their evaluation you will need to submit the following with the nomination where possible.

A recent photograph of your nominee.
A comprehensive and up-to-date CV or biography of your nominee.
Copies of any press articles, brochures or additional information on your nominee and/or her work/projects.
